There’s one movie that always seems to get me whenever I hit the guide button on my remote. Once I see it listed, something pulls me toward it…. Maybe you have a movie that does that for you. I will share mine with you, as long as you don’t judge. It’s Eat Pray Love. Actually, if you are reading my blog, you are probably in tune with your inner peace or in search of your inner peace. Let’s face it, we have all been in that situation where we just don’t know what to do. The solution seems just as hard as remaining in the situation and the strength to get out of the rabbit whole you are in, seems so far out of reach.
God, I’m in serious trouble, I don’t know what to do…I need an answer, please tell me what to do…tell me what to do and I’ll do it.
Something about knowing that someone else has felt this turmoil,..so, much so, that they made a movie out of it, humanizes the whole thing and somehow makes it more tolerable. There is an answer,..there is a way to feel better, to feel empowered but you need to must up the strength and courage to seek a better life for yourself. A life you deserve.
“To lose balance sometimes for love is part of living a balanced life.”
This particular quote always inspired me… when you have had awful breakups, the last thing you want to do is let go and fall in love again. When you do, you feel like you are setting yourself up for a fall again because your daily habits get disturbed, you stop seeing your friends, you spend millions of minutes thinking about their kisses. But the truth is, the only way to feel love is to let love in and all of this is part of the process. My personal rules are to simply make better decisions with what I have learned, to be confident and not rely on anyone to build me up because that is my job. xo
